M-Cool Primer is a water-based breathable primer suitable for interior & exterior sand plastered surfaces, concrete and asbestos, etc specially designed as a primer coat prior to Roof Cool Coatings.

1 litre of water per litre of cement primer.
110 – 120 sq.ft/litre/coat.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, chalk, grease, oil, wax, rust and loose or peeling paint before painting
- Repair holes and cracks with Vijay Crack-X
- Add 1:1 of water and stir thoroughly to get a homogenous mixture
- Apply single coat and allow it to dry for about 2-4 hours by brush or spray
- Ambient and surface temperatures must be between 5°C and 40°C during application
- The moisture content of the wall must be less than 10% or have aged for at least 28 days
- Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles
- In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water
- Keep out of reach of children
