Tile Plus is a specially designed pleasant paint for Kollam and Mangaluru clay roofing tiles. It is composed of advanced polymer ingredients and is a water-soluble environmental friendly product.

400 ml of water per litre of cement primer.
80 – 90 sq.ft / litre / coat.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, chalk, grease, wax, rust and loose or peeling paint before painting
- Dampen the surface with water
- Dilute with 40% of water by volume to Tile Plus and stir thoroughly to get a homogenous mixture
- Apply single coat and allow it to dry for about 2-4 hours with brush/rollers
- After 4 – 6 hours, apply another coat
- Two coats are recommended
- Ambient and surface temperatures must be between 5°C and 40°C during application
- The moisture content of the wall must be less than 10% or have aged for at least 28 days
- Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles
- In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water
- Keep out of reach of children
Clean all tools and application equipments with proper thinner or kerosene immediately after use.
