Summer-eX is a single component acrylic based, microspheres enhanced waterproofing roof coating which reduces the room temperature up to 8°C.

- Reduces power and water consumption of humidification plants
- Prevents emission of highly polluting particles from asbestos sheets
- Glass wool padding and false ceiling are eliminated
- Acts as 100% waterproofing coating and prevents fungal & algae growth
- Best before 12 months in an unopened, undamaged, originally sealed packing and if stored in dry conditions
- Protect from direct sunlight
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, chalk, grease, wax, rust and loose or peeling paint before painting
- Repair holes and cracks with Vijay Crack-X / Tek Seal aand prime the surface using Summer-eX in 1:1 ratio with water
- Dilute with 40% of water by volume to Summer-eX and stir thoroughly to get homogenous mixture
- Apply single coat and allow it to dry for about 2-4 hours
- After 2-4 hours, apply another coat
- Do not apply in hot sunlight (generally don’t paint between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Primer and two coats are mandatory for durability of coating
- Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles
- In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water
- Keep out of reach of children
