Elasto Joint – 504 is a single pack, water-based ready to use flexible sealant for interior and exterior cracks up to 5mm width.

Minimum joint width = 1 mm
Maximum joint width = 5 mm
6 – 7 running meter/kg (for 3 mm width and 5mm depth).
- Before starting the applications, ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust and grease
- Remove all loose materials from the surface with air blower or brush
- Apply primer coat over the joint & the surfaces where Elasto Joint- 504 has to be applied
- Fill & press Elasto Joint- 504 paste tightly into the joint with a spatula or putty knife and level with surface without any formation of cavities or bubbles
- Apply Elasto Joint - 504 for 1.5 inches on both sides of the joint like a putty application
- Allow it to set for 24-hours prior to another coat or other applications
- For best results allow Elasto Joint - 504 to cure for 7 days
- Don’t use underwater
- Don’t use to seal submerged joints
- Don’t apply on damp substrates
- Do not use in external applications where rain is imminent within 4 hours
- Allow to dry for 24-hours
- For application below 10°C, drying time will be delayed
- Container should be closed tight after application
- Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles
- In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water
- Keep out of reach of children
